Cavite School of Humanities and Arts continues its commitment to celebrate the power of change that women bring not just in the education space, but also in other areas and professions. #CSHAWomensWeek2021 is a week celebrated by Cavite School of Humanities and Arts to celebrate the women that run the University and the women that empower lives of the Humanistas that learn in our University. The week is celebrated in line with International Women's Day to highlight the programs that we implement for gender equality all year round. This year's CSHA Women's Week theme reminds us that empowering women does not happen for one day, one week, or one month only--it is, and it should be, a commitment to build a more inclusive environment not just for women, but for all genders, as in the year 2021, gender as a discriminant is no longer acceptable. In fact, there should be no discriminant for any space. Not gender, not race, not age, not family lineage, nothing--we should commit to building spaces that give everyone an equal chance, full stop. Cavite School of Humanities and Arts also stands in support of the Philippine Commission on Women, and we are taking part on the National Women's Month Celebration this year, with the theme Juana Laban sa Pandemya: Kaya!
We believe that women deserve the credit for the hard work that they have done through the years. Without them, the world won't be a balanced place. We believe that women belong everywhere. Not just in one place, but all the places.
We salute and celebrate the women that make the education space a better and brighter place for each and everyone!
