After you have reviewed the Admissions Requirements, you may proceed to apply for admissions. Read the Admissions Instructions below, and you may contact the Admissions or Information and Inquiry Office via the buttons below.

STEP 1

Contact the Admissions Office with the [APPLICATION] tag on the subject line. Indicate your name and attach your 2x2 picture on the e-mail. Make sure that you will include the college that you wish to apply for.

STEP 2

Once you receive your application number, fill out the proper form that is indicated in the Admissions Requirements. Make sure to prepare your scanned Form 137 in a single PDF document.

STEP 3

The Admissions Office will e-mail you whether you have passed the academic evaluation. If you have passed the academic evaluation, you will receive an e-mail for an online or phone-in interview.

STEP 4

After your admissions interview, assuming that you have passed, the Admissions Office will e-mail you your Student ID number. With that, you may now accomplish your enrolment form through the link below.
