Josiah David Marcelo
University President
Josiah David Marcelo faced manifestations that form passion to lead and transcribe a future for aspiring leaders. The President of Cavite School of Humanities and Arts founded the university with the determination of giving people quality education, despite their race, socio-economic class, gender, and the likes--factors that are once considered as societal discriminants.
“Education is a gift given to humanity, and it serves as the backbone of our society. Thus, it must be accessible to all people, full stop, as it will help everyone empower the next generation, the society's torch bearers of the future.”
He is a graduate of the University of the Philippines- Los Banos’ College of Development Communication. Using the knowledge he gained from the academe, he hopes to pass the gift of education to the next generation.

Raila Akiko David

“Being a wise communicator requires a critical and rationalized approach to every conception and ideas that they receive.”
Ms. Raila Akiko David, finishing her Masters degree in University of Santo Tomas, she became one of the pioneer board members and famous media reporters in the industry who continuously promoted that the art of communication is the art of informing truth. She believes that the power to have access to spreading news to others is a great opportunity as well as a responsibility to be able to state the true essence of the media, network, and relationship of every institution in our society.

Benedict Megriño
Dean, College of Industrial Arts
From the vastness of generating ideas, Mx. Benedict M. Cauilan established different colors of view to inspire the young generation, by being with kids on the streets and teaching them basic knowledge to also reflect and manifest from them, how we can integrate our knowledge to the real life needs of other young dreamers. Finishing degrees from De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde, Bachelor of Science in Interior Design; Mx. Benedict addresses inspiration and continuous support on the diverse aspirations of youth on reaching their dreams.

Sarah Joy Gaan
Dean, College of Liberal Arts
Ms. Sarah Joy Gaan, earning her Master of Arts in Communication at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, Is one of the core managers, together with Miss Louela Anquilan in Cavite School for Humanities and Arts. Her aim to create awareness on the importance of being informed on our society’s constraints, makes her become vocal not just on connecting between the needs of the youth towards their education, but also on how different situations from various people became addressed and resolved. It helped her spread that our differences became our own kind of power, and our power should be used effectively to manifest the real deal of the world. Her goal to help and educate kids about serious matters makes them look up to her and reflect their own insights.
“We cannot impose our own opinions on the youth. Instead, make them reflect on yours to find their own perspective.”

Louela Anquilan
Dean, College of Fine Arts
The well-known model, flight attendant, and current CEO of Fly High Asia, Ms. Louela Anquilan finishing her courses with Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management in Cavite State University, became one of the core managers who handles the total status of CSHA. Her goal is to stretch the limits of the university and implement effective organizing platforms of teachers, students, and non-teaching staff.
“The essence of bringing values, discipline, and behavioral encouragement to the students is to have an environment that disregards restrictions of showing and developing skills they want to achieve and dream.”
