Campus Life: Hear Our Voice!

The Pilipinas HumanoidU - Senior High School Department is announced qualified to enter National Schools Press Conference after they participated in Regional Schools Press Conference last November 13, 2020.

Isaiah Ignacio, together with Jayden Marquez, Berry Alonzo, Darren Moreno, Kylie Dela Cruz, Gabriel Garcia, and Lourella Rodriguez proved that hardwork and persistence are the key to success after qualifying to enter NSPC.

Led by a student of Professor Alex Gutierrez of College of Communication, Coach Desiree Careño stayed despite the team failing to qualify for NSPC for three consecutive years. "The kids have so much potential yet to be unlocked. I had faith that they would be able to showcase what their young voices can do and here we are! They were heard and now have a longer journey ahead of them." The coach said in an interview.

The team participated in DSPC and RSPC for three consecutive years but still failed to advance. Isiah Ignacio, who acts as the team's leader, said "This moment is the proof that perfect timing exist. Even though we keep on failing, we never lose hope because we knew that someday, we're going to get qualified to take a step closer to our dream."

One of the team's broadcasters, Lourella Rodriguez, also thanked their supporters in an interview, "We thank everyone, everyone who supported us. Our family and friends who gave us moral support and who were, basically very very supportive of us, and of course, we thank Coach Desiree for guiding us in everything. We are going to do our best as to not let everyone who supported us down!"
